As an Access Control Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor entry points, manage badge access, conduct routine patrols, and respond to security-related incidents. You will help maintain a welcoming, controlled environment while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Monitor and control access to manufacturing and industrial facilities by verifying credentials, documenting visitor and contractor entry, and directing authorized personnel to designated areas.

Assist with maintaining visitor logs, issuing and recovering access credentials, and reporting access-control discrepancies to site leadership.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following established site procedures.

Conduct regular and random patrols of facility entrances, perimeter areas, parking areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.

Experience with alarm panels is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Experience in loss prevention is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
