HillsDales is seeking a Training Facilitator to support, train, and mentor staff while promoting high-quality, person-centered services for the adults we serve. Key Responsibilities Observe and coach staff to ensure person-centered support and goal implementation. Train and retrain employees on care practices, safety procedures, documentation, and medication administration. Conduct quality assurance checks on documentation, medications, and program compliance. Monitor individual health, safety, dignity, and overall quality of life. Support supervisors with staff development, performance monitoring, and regulatory compliance. Provide direct support to individuals as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum age of 18. Valid driver's license and ability to drive agency vehicles. Two years of direct support experience preferred. Strong communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills. Ability to obtain and maintain CPR/First Aid, QBS, Medication Manager, and required state certifications.
