In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing access points, monitoring security systems, and responding swiftly to incidents. Your proactive approach will help maintain the integrity of the venue while providing exceptional support to guests and staff alike. Duties Control access to the stadium through security checkpoints using access control systems and perform background checks on visitors when necessary Conduct thorough surveillance using CCTV cameras and perform regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security risks Respond promptly to emergencies by following established protocols including first aid, CPR, AED operation, and emergency response procedures Manage conflict de-escalation techniques to resolve disputes peacefully while maintaining a safe environment Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting for equipment or supplies and ensure proper safety procedures are followed during physical security operations Write detailed incident reports documenting any security breaches, injuries, or unusual activities for review and follow-up Enforce stadium policies in accordance with security regulations and law enforcement guidelines to ensure compliance at all times Experience Prior experience in surveillance, law enforcement, military or security roles is highly desirable Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, Taser use, firearm handling, and conflict management is preferred Familiarity with CCTV systems, access control systems, incident report writing, and emergency response procedures is essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences Physical fitness to perform patrolling duties including standing for extended periods and heavy lifting when required Knowledge of security regulations and compliance standards relevant to large venues or stadium environments Join us in delivering a secure and enjoyable experience for everyone attending events at our stadium.
