We are seeking a hospitality-focused Security Officer/EMT to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for residents, visitors, staff, and community property. This includes, but is not limited to, providing security and medical services and resident support as needed while ensuring safety protocols are followed throughout the community. Conduct continuous patrols of property and facilities. Respond promptly to fire alarms and emergency calls. Complete daily rounds and incident reports. Document incidents including accidents, theft, fires, serious mechanical malfunctions, emergency responses, and violations of rules and regulations. Maintain a professional and calm presence during all situations. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Active EMT license in the state of Illinois required. Previous security experience preferred. Dependable attendance and punctuality.
