Job Description

Adlai E. Stevenson High School is seeking a 12 month, full-time Security Personnel position for the 2026-2027 school year.
Description:
The security position maintains a safe and secure environment for students, staff and visitors to the campus. Duties include, but not limited to: bus duty, student supervision, monitoring campus activities, securing the premises and parking lot supervision. Occasional extra hours required.
Qualifications:
Must have a high school diploma with excellent communication skills, good computer skills, and a valid driver's license/good driving record.
Daily Hours:
1:30 PM - 10:00
PM Estimated Start Date:
August 31, 2026
Salary:
SSSA Agreement (all support staff positions at Stevenson High School shall be paid no less than $17.50/hour).
Expected Starting Rate:
Starting at $21.75 per hour. Final pay rate will be determined based on the successful candidate's qualifications, including relevant experience, education, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors. All support staff positions are subject to the terms and conditions of the Stevenson Support Staff Association (SSSA) Collective Bargaining Agreement.
