Job Description As a Security Officer Emergency Aid Assessment Patrol in Mossville, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will respond to situations, communicate with personnel and visitors, and provide exceptional customer service. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, exterior grounds, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access to the location, verify visitor and contractor authorization, and report unusual conditions, damaged property, or access-control concerns according to site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols and notifying appropriate personnel. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating relevant security-related information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess EMT certification. Have previous firefighting experience. Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
