Sunstates Security is hosting a Hiring Event for Experienced Security Shift Supervisors & Site Supervisors on Wednesday, September 16, from 10:00 AM-2:00 PM . Meet with Hiring Managers to explore Shift and Site Supervisor opportunities supporting security operations and leading teams in the area. Positions offer a pay range of $19.50-$25.00/hr, with weekly pay , at locations in Woodridge, IL; Aurora, IL; and Lake Zurich, IL . We are seeking experienced security professionals who are ready to lead and motivate a team, support daily security operations, maintain strong and professional client relationships, and help ensure a safe and secure environment.

Job Requirements Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of security supervisory experience required. Technology experience required , including the ability to learn and use security-related systems and software. CCTV monitoring experience is a plus . Payroll and scheduling experience preferred, but not required . Must demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and sound judgment . Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and perform regular site patrols as required. Must be reliable, dependable, and able to lead and manage security personnel effectively . Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. We are seeking an experienced Security Shift & Site Supervisors who can confidently lead, motivate, and manage a team of security officers while maintaining a safe, professional, and secure environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, professional, technology-savvy, and comfortable taking initiative, handling site responsibilities, and ensuring security operations run smoothly. The supervisor must also be able to build and maintain a strong, positive, and professional relationship with the client , address concerns effectively, and ensure client expectations are consistently met.
