Summary We are seeking a dedicated Security Officers to join our team in Bloomington Indiana, In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the safety and security of our clients' properties. Your contributions will uphold our mission of providing exceptional security services with integrity and vigilance. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Respond promptly to incidents, taking appropriate action. Conduct surveillance using CCTV systems to prevent unauthorized access. Provide first aid and CPR as needed during emergencies. Collaborate with law enforcement when necessary to resolve incidents. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities and incidents. Engage in conflict management to de-escalate potential issues. Secure location's facilities and property maintaining a visual presence. Document and report any incidents to appropriate personnel. Patrolling assigned areas on foot or by vehicle to deter crime and ensure safety. Guarding access points like entrances, lobbies, and gates. Enforcing rules and regulations or the property. Managing crowds and directing traffic. Reporting criminal activity to law enforcement. May require operating security screening equipment (in some roles). Proven experience in law enforcement or military service, preferred. Strong knowledge of surveillance techniques and security protocols. Familiarity with CCTV systems and loss prevention practices. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well under pressure. Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively. Requirements Prior experience as a Security Officer preferred but not required. De-escalation, written and verbal communication, and problem - solving skills. Must be 18 years or older. Must have reliable transportation.
