• Flex Security Officer Per Mar Security Services is seeking Entry Level and Experienced Security Officers to join our expanding team!

Part-Time:

MUST be flexible to work any shift/days. Security Flex Officer

• Key Responsibilities Provide security coverage at multiple client sites as needed Monitor premises and patrol assigned areas Enforce access control and verify identification Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies Write clear and accurate daily activity and incident reports Follow all site-specific policies and post orders Assist employees, visitors, and clients professionally Adapt quickly to different environments and shift schedules Qualifications Flexible availability for various shifts and locations Strong communication and customer-service skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented Why Work For Us?

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
• Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
• Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
• Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
• Report any facility issues
• Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations

Qualifications:

18 years of age or older Familiarity with security equipment Ability to handle physical workload Strong attention to detail Must possess the values important to Per Mar Security
