Job Summary We are seeking vigilant and professional Unarmed Security Officer's to join our team! This role involves monitoring and maintaining a security presence for our clients and their personnel, property, and assets through surveillance, rapid response, and authoritative presence. As a Security Officer, you will serve as the first line of defense, ensuring a secure environment while demonstrating professionalism, confidence, and a commitment to excellence.

Duties Monitor premises using CCTV systems and conduct regular surveillance to identify suspicious activity or security breaches. Respond promptly to security incidents or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations effectively. Conduct thorough inspections of personnel, visitors, and vehicles to prevent theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access. Enforce access control procedures by verifying identities and issuing credentials for authorized individuals. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary, providing detailed reports and assisting with investigations. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and patrols to ensure accurate record-keeping for security audits. Skills Previous experience in law enforcement, military service, or other security roles is preferred. Ability to walk or stand for extended period of time- including up to 10 hours a day Excellent conflict management abilities to handle tense situations calmly and professionally. Familiarity with loss prevention techniques to protect assets from theft or damage. Ability to enforce rules firmly while maintaining a respectful demeanor with staff and visitors. Exceptional communication skills for clear reporting and effective collaboration with emergency responders and law enforcement agencies.
