A Security Supervisor manages overall security operations within a business. Reviews and organizes staffing levels of Security Officers to maintain full coverage of posts. Trains new officers and works with officers to develop safety plans for buildings the monitor, including lock down plans. May monitor electronic surveillance equipment.

POSITION SUMMARY
Oversees security operations during assigned shifts, supervising and supporting officers to ensure safety, service, and compliance with site requirements.
Responsibilities:
You will conduct the following responsibilities, upholding Tarian's commitment to safety and security while supporting the values and culture of the client and community. Implement and oversee security operations at individual facilities - including responsibilities for day-to-day supervision, motivation, coaching and training of our Officers on site. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
E DUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or G.E.D Previous security experience Must be able to obtain and maintain any applicable licenses or certifications Valid driver's license and ability to meet Tarian's driving guidelines if applicable (for Driving Roles). Ability to meet qualification standards when initially placed in a TASER position and annually thereafter Ability to obtain and maintain any applicable local or state license or permit to carry a TASER Ability to participate in and pass additional TASER training at the discretion of the TASER instructor and/or Tarian. PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work hours will vary depending on assignments, client schedules, project deadlines, and the needs of the company. Workweeks may exceed 40 hours and may involve any of the 7 days of the week, depending on the needs of the business. The work environment may be fast-paced and stressful or may also be quiet and slow-paced. All environments and pace of work will require alertness and ability to perform under pressure.
