What You Can Expect:

Provide a highly visible security presence during designated operating hours, including: m orning (2 hours) and afternoon / evening (2 hours). Promote and maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. Monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, and surrounding grounds during assigned hours. Greet and assist visitors and client staff in a professional and courteous manner. Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, security incidents, or policy violations to the administration and appropriate authorities. Assist with traffic flow and pedestrian safety. Serve as a visible deterrent to unauthorized persons, disruptive behavior, and other security concerns. Support staff by providing general security assistance and responding to non-emergency situations as directed. Maintain awareness of daily activities and communicate relevant security concerns to client management. Contact emergency services (911) and notify the administration in the event of an emergency, medical incident, or other situation requiring immediate response. Complete required shift reports, incident reports, and daily activity logs accurately and in a timely manner. Present a professional appearance and demeanor at all times while on duty.

Basic Requirements:

18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED required. Above average computer / technology skills needed. Security, Law Enforcement, or Military experience a plus. Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations. Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift. Must have a professional demeanor. Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation. All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. Requires interview with the client.
