Responsibilities Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. Manage access to facilities, checking credentials and assisting visitors with directions or information. Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure security. Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies within the premises. Prepare detailed reports on what is observed during a patrol. Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency responders when necessary. Enforce property rules and regulations to ensure the safety of all individuals and the property.
