Job Overview This position will be dual purpose. There are 2 main work centers which will be run depending on work loads and criticality. Applicants will be required to have strong working knowledge of manual mill operation primarily. Tight hole tolerances will be met requiring "Boring" techniques . Additionally required is basic understanding of blueprint reading and tolerancing. OJT is available for qualified applicants that meet basic requirements. The second duty for this position is to learn and operate a "Brake Press" for bending aluminum details. OJT is also available for qualified applicants. This is an on-site position only. No remote work. Role and Responsibilities Machine Operation

• Set up, operate, and adjust Bridgeport milling machines and other shop equipment, such as lathes and drill presses. Blueprint Interpretation
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand project requirements. Quality Control
• Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges) to verify that machined parts meet strict tolerances and quality standards. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic repairs on machines and tooling to ensure efficient operation. Documentation & Reporting
• Follow standard work instructions and organizational procedures, and communicate information effectively to other operators. Work Area Maintenance
• Keep the workspace clean and organized, performing housekeeping tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Education Requirements High school diploma / GED. 1-2 years of previous experience, preferred. Organized, focused, and results-oriented. Excellent problem solving and prioritizing ability. Experience in conventional machining, setups, machining, boring, etc. in all alloys of material. Extensive knowledge on hole tolerance , complex setups, able to utilize precision measuring tools (

EX:

calipers, bore gauges, micrometers, etc.). Ability to read and interpret aerospace bill of materials, engineering drawings, customer specifications and instructions. Experience in conventional machining, setups, machining, boring, etc. Ability to read blueprints and follow customer specifications. Perform all duties in accordance with Dynamic NC Quality Management System and Safety standards, using situation-appropriate tools and protective equipment as applicable. Perform other duties as assigned. Work Conditions Ability to lift and carry materials. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Well-lit, temperature-controlled, clean environment.
