Security Guard MJ Norton Security Chicopee, MA Job Details Part-time | Full-time $15.50 - $17.00 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Driver's License Mobile devices Full Job Description Immediate Hire ~ Security Guard We currently have immediate openings for 2nd (3pm -11pm) and 3rd (11pm -7am) Security Guard shifts at a trucking facility in Chicopee, Mass. Must be able to work weekends. Qualified candidate will be responsible for Hourly trailer yard inspections (every hour on the hour) Trailer reefer temperature verification and documentation Reporting temperature exceptions immediately Building and perimeter patrols Driver assistance and support with future digital check-in processes Visitor and contractor monitoring after hours Incident, maintenance, and daily activity reporting through TrackTik First shift coverage for vacations and call-outs as needed Clear escalation procedures for operational, maintenance, and emergency situations detecting any insubordinate behavior, enforcing policies and procedures, and acting as the on-call officer for employees and clients. The ideal candidate must be well-trained in supervisory duties and dealing with clients and employees.
