PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities in a healthcare setting. Respond to incidents, medical-related emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, checking credentials when required, and directing patients and visitors to appropriate locations. Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.

Minimum Requirements:

Must meet hospital vaccination requirements. Must be able to restrain individuals. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
