$17/hr. Securemedy is seeking qualified Unarmed Security Officers to support security operations at a court house in Baltimore, Maryland. Officers will play a critical role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and other authorized personnel. This position requires professionalism, attentiveness, strong situational awareness, and the ability to follow site-specific security procedures.

Job Responsibilities:

Inspect building interiors and exteriors for suspicious items and complete daily inspection reports. Conduct routine patrols of public areas, hallways, and all floors of the facility. Assist with security screening and scanner operations as assigned. Respond promptly to calls for assistance and security-related incidents. Provide scheduled breaks and relieve security staff for lunch periods. Monitor the parking garage from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Assist judges with arrival and departure while maintaining a professional and secure environment. Maintain awareness of suspicious activity, safety concerns, and potential security threats. Follow all site-specific security policies, procedures, and instructions.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of security experience. Active Maryland Security Guard License (MDSGL). High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional appearance and conduct. Ability to remain alert, attentive, and professional throughout the assigned shift.
