PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, contractors, and/or members of the public while carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of port facilities, waterfront areas, parking locations, gates, buildings, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions. Monitor access points and credential requirements, assist with visitor and vehicle entry procedures, and report unauthorized access concerns according to site-specific policies. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and complete required documentation. Maintain accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs in accordance with Allied Universal and location requirements.Minimum Requirements:
Customer service experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Must be 21 years of age or older Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
