As an Unarmed Security Officer, you will patrol a retail and mall location, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming experience for visitors, tenants, and staff. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail property. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas, storefronts, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as needed. Monitor access points, observe activity throughout the location, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, property damage, and policy violations according to site procedures. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and other required documentation while maintaining a professional presence and courteous interactions with the public.

Minimum Requirements:

Must be 21 years of age or older Valid driver's license with at least 1 year of driving experience required Customer service experience is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
