$18.00 - $20.00 per hour depending on site assignment

Schedule:

All shifts available; in search of three (3) full-time

Industrial Security Professional with STT Security! Are you a proactive and dependable individual with a positive attitude? STT is expanding our team in the SW MI area, and we're seeking Security Professionals for all shifts. We're especially interested in candidates with experience in customer service, precise report writing, and familiarity with observing and reporting. Come contribute to a vital role in safety and security with STT! Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Access Control Verify identification and authorization for personnel, visitors, and vehicles entering and exiting the site. Communication and Coordination Communicate effectively with site management, employees, visitors, and emergency services. Coordinate with law enforcement or other external agencies when necessary. Provide information and assistance to authorized personnel. Key and Asset Management Monitor and secure valuable assets or equipment. Training and Development Participate in ongoing security training and professional development. Maintain proficiency in the use of security equipment and systems. Physical Requirements Able to perform normal or emergency duties requiring moderate to arduous physical exertion such as:

• Standing, sitting or walking for up to 8-12 hours
• Lifting or carrying objects weighing up to 50Ibs
• Work during inclement weather conditions, such as extreme heat and cold. Other Requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent, no felonies or certain misdemeanor convictions, authorized to work in the United States, and possess a valid driver's license.
