Unarmed Key Responsibilities As a Lead Concierge Officer, responsibilities may include: Maintain a professional and welcoming presence for employees, visitors, and guests Monitor assigned areas and help maintain a safe and secure environment Assist with access control and visitor management Observe and report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or security incidents Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies Complete required reports and documentation Follow established security procedures and post orders Communicate effectively with employees, visitors, management, and other security personnel Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while on duty Perform other security and concierge-related duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications Candidates must: Be 18 years of age or older Have a High School Diploma or GED Have reliable transportation Be physically capable of performing assigned duties Be able to meet all applicable state licensing, registration, and certification requirements Be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing Be able to maintain a professional and customer-service-focused demeanor Licensing & Certifications CPR certification required CPR training will be provided Why Work at Inter-Con?
