AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to alarms, incidents, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points and observe customer and employee activity for unusual conditions, reporting suspicious behavior, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel. Maintain required documentation, including daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol logs, in accordance with site procedures and Allied Universal standards.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess a concealed carry weapons permit. Possess at least one year of armed security-related, law enforcement, or military experience. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
