Overview We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. This role requires a proactive approach to security, utilizing surveillance techniques and conflict management skills to prevent incidents and ensure safety. A strong background in law enforcement or military service is preferred, along with relevant certifications. Duties Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Utilize CCTV systems to observe and report suspicious activities. Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, providing first aid or CPR as needed. Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify potential security risks. Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage. Manage conflicts effectively, de-escalating situations when necessary. Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities during shifts. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when required. Experience Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is highly desirable. Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred. Familiarity with surveillance equipment and loss prevention techniques is a plus. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent observational skills and attention to detail are essential.
