- Thursday nights 4 pm
- 2 am In a downtown St.
Paul at a high rise condominium complex. To start within the next few weeks. Officer will be stationed in a limited access office where there may be time for reading/studying. Experience in security is not necessary, but the applicant needs to show experience working with at least one employer for several years and be able to demonstrate an ability to communicate well with people in a variety of circumstances. Responsibilities include patrolling property on foot for brief periods, keeping written records of activity, monitoring cameras, assisting residents, and reporting maintenance issues. Most of our record keeping and reporting is done on a computer. Applicants must be comfortable maneuvering a website, keyboarding, and have the ability to use a smart phone (Android.) They should also be adept at learning how to do searches on our camera system. Applicants must have a clean criminal background, their own vehicle, smart phone, a neat and professional appearance, and the ability to write and speak English fluently. Applicants must be able to work consistently every shift. We are not able to provide frequent days off. Holiday shifts are available as well. We are also looking for someone who can commit to staying minimum of one year in this position When you respond, send a resume or brief description of your work experience. (Not necessarily in security)

considerations: Employees work alone in the office 70-80% of the shift so do not need a mask there. At this time you are not required to wear a mask when doing rounds outside the office.
