Job Description As a Security Officer Hospital Facility in Lees Summit, MO , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare location, including entrances, parking areas, public spaces, and perimeter areas, to help identify and report unusual conditions. Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Assist with access control by monitoring entry points, verifying authorized access as directed, and reporting unauthorized persons or suspicious activity. Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and concerns to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Be willing to receive required hospital vaccines. Be able to work in a hospital morgue. Be able to restrain individuals when necessary. A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
