- 0600 The Flex Officer helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including access control and patrolling a variety of locations.

What You Can Expect:
Monitor entrances and exits. Check in employees, visitors, and trucks entering / exiting. Patrol the warehouse and surrounding property. Monitor security cameras and alarm systems. Prevent theft, unauthorized access, and property damage. Verify employee / visitor IDs and access badges. Keep records of incidents and activities. Inspect vehicles and deliveries when required. Respond to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances. Contact the police, fire department, or management when necessary. Enforce warehouse security rules and procedures. Prepare incident reports. Monitor loading docks and shipping / receiving areas. Answering phones. Vision phone usage.
Basic Requirements:
18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED required. Above average computer / technology skills needed. Excellent customer service and team leadership skills needed. Must be able to work independently. Must be able to remain calm and professional during stressful situations. Must have great attention to detail and remain vigilant throughout shift. Must have a professional demeanor. Must be able to respond to emergencies with rapid / effective judgment and use appropriate escalation. All candidates must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. Must be able to complete long distance foot patrols, which can be split up (includes stairs) and Setting for long periods of time. See a different world.
