Armed or Unarmed Security Guard - PRN

PRN Security Guard - Armed & Unarmed (Events & Retail Security) Job Type PRN / On-Call / As Needed Position Overview We are seeking dependable and professional PRN Security Guards for both Armed and Unarmed positions to provide security services for retail locations, special events, and mobile patrol operations. This is an on-call position with flexible scheduling that may include day shifts, night shifts, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel using a company-marked security vehicle. Security Guards will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for clients, customers, employees, and guests while representing the company in a professional manner at all times. Responsibilities Provide security coverage for retail locations, events, and assigned properties Conduct foot patrols and vehicle patrols as assigned Monitor premises and report suspicious activity or safety concerns Assist with crowd control and event security operations Complete incident reports and daily activity logs accurately Enforce company policies and client procedures Respond appropriately to emergencies and incidents Operate company-marked security vehicles when assigned Maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times

Requirements Age Requirements Unarmed Security Officers:

Must be 18 years of age or older

Armed Security Officers:

Must be 21 years of age or older General Requirements Applicants must: Possess a valid driver's license Maintain a clean driving record Be able to pass two background checks Successfully complete fingerprinting requirements Pass a required drug screening/drug test Successfully complete all required company training programs Be reliable, professional, and capable of working independently Have flexible availability for day or night shifts Be willing to travel occasionally using a company vehicle Preferred Qualifications Prior security, law enforcement, military, or customer service experience preferred but not required Strong communication and observational skills Ability to remain calm under pressure Experience working events or retail security is a plus Work Environment This position may involve: Indoor and outdoor work environments Standing and walking for extended periods Working nights, weekends, and holidays Travel to various job sites as needed Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Opportunity for additional hours and advancement Paid training opportunities Equal Opportunity Employer We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
