Responsibilities Monitor and patrol designated areas using CCTV systems and physical patrols to detect suspicious activity or security breaches Control access points with precision, verifying credentials and maintaining logs for visitors, staff, and contractors Respond swiftly to emergencies by following established procedures, including first aid, CPR, AED operation, and fire safety protocols Write clear, detailed incident reports documenting security events, breaches, or accidents for future reference and compliance Conduct background checks on new personnel or visitors as required to ensure security integrity Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting when necessary for equipment or supplies in accordance with safety standards Enforce security regulations by conducting routine inspections, patrolling premises, and managing conflict de-escalation when needed Skills Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV and access control systems Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and security regulations to ensure compliance at all times Ability to perform first aid procedures including CPR and AED use confidently in emergency situations Excellent conflict management and de-escalation skills to handle difficult situations professionally Physical fitness for heavy lifting, prolonged standing, walking, and manual handling tasks Experience with incident report writing that is accurate, thorough, and timely Familiarity with security tools such as Tasers (if applicable), fire safety equipment, and emergency response procedures Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone feels protected.
