PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an automotive manufacturing location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and authorization, issue visitor and contractor credentials, and maintain accurate access-control records. Screen vehicles, deliveries, and personnel entering restricted areas in accordance with site procedures; report unauthorized access attempts or policy violations. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience. Have supervisory experience. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Comfortably using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 21 years of age Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
