Schedule Initial schedule will consist of 12-hour shifts to ensure full site coverage. As our team grows and staffing levels are met, schedules may transition to 8-hour shifts . Responsibilities Monitor and secure the property. Control access by verifying visitors and contractors. Conduct routine patrols of the facility. Observe and report suspicious activity or security concerns. Complete incident reports and daily activity logs. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment. Respond appropriately to emergencies following company procedures. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and observation skills. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Current driver's license and reliable transportation and dependable attendance. Ability to pass a criminal history background check. Successful completion of the licensing process through the North Dakota Private Investigation and Security Board.
