Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols of the premises to monitor for suspicious activity, unauthorized access, or safety hazards. Operate access control systems to verify identities and authorize entry for employees, visitors, and contractors. Utilize CCTV surveillance equipment to monitor security footage and identify potential threats or incidents. Respond swiftly to emergencies by executing established procedures for fire safety, medical incidents, or security breaches. Write detailed incident reports documenting any security-related events, including thefts, disturbances, or accidents. Perform background checks on new employees or visitors as part of the screening process. Manage conflict de-escalation techniques and conflict management protocols to resolve disputes peacefully. Handle emergency response procedures such as

CPR, AED

operation, first aid administration, and use of Taser or firearm handling when necessary. Conduct manual handling tasks including heavy lifting during patrols or equipment setup while maintaining safety standards. Ensure compliance with all security regulations and policies to uphold the integrity of the security program. Requirements Proven experience in physical security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Certification in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and familiarity with emergency response procedures. Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control systems, surveillance techniques, and fire safety protocols. Ability to perform background checks and conduct thorough incident report writing with clarity and accuracy. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively. Physical fitness to perform patrolling duties including heavy lifting and manual handling tasks. Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with staff and visitors. Valid licensing or certifications required by local regulations for firearm handling or Taser use (if applicable).
