This vital role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure the safety and security of our clients, staff, and visitors through vigilant surveillance, proactive incident management, and exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by monitoring premises, performing regular patrols, and responding swiftly to emergencies. Duties Conduct regular patrols of designated areas to monitor for suspicious activity or safety hazards Operate surveillance equipment including CCTV systems to oversee premises continuously Manage access control systems to verify identities and authorize entry for authorized personnel and visitors Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or other noteworthy events Perform background checks on new employees or visitors as part of security clearance procedures Respond promptly to emergency situations following established protocols such as fire alarms, medical emergencies, or security threats Assist with conflict de-escalation and conflict management to maintain a calm environment during tense situations Support law enforcement agencies during investigations or incidents when necessary Execute manual handling tasks including heavy lifting when required for equipment or supplies Implement emergency response procedures such as

operation, and first aid to provide immediate assistance Skills Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems and monitoring multiple feeds simultaneously Knowledge of law enforcement procedures, incident report writing, and compliance with security regulations Ability to perform background checks and access control system management effectively Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor when interacting with visitors and staff Certified in first aid, CPR, AED operation, and Taser use (preferred) for emergency response readiness Physical security expertise including patrolling techniques, heavy lifting, and manual handling skills Familiarity with firearm handling is a plus but not required for unarmed roles; emphasis on conflict de-escalation and conflict management techniques Experience with CCTV monitoring, incident documentation, and emergency response procedures is highly valued Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone can thrive!
