PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors, and members of the public while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an educational location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of school buildings, grounds, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter areas, reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with established procedures, helping to maintain an orderly learning environment. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate site personnel and emergency responders as needed. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A Guard Card/License is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
