Part-time to Full-time positions available!

Shifts:

6am

2:30pm, 2pm
10:30pm & 10pm
6:30am Pay rate: $22.

28 hr.

DUTIES:

Monitoring access control and challenging those without proper identification. Maintaining the visitor management system, checking visitors, guests. Issuing badges and access cards and maintaining security logs. Monitoring a CCTV system. Vehicle and Foot patrols of the interior and exterior. Checking in authorized personnel onsite. Working a standing post for 8-hour shifts or longer. Ability to interact with the public in a direct and professional manner, strong interpersonal skills.

TO SUCCEED AT METRO ONE

Have excellent interpersonal communication skills in customer service. High level of awareness, attentiveness, and alertness. Ability to de-escalate situations and remain calm in confrontation. Capable of standing for long periods of time and exhibiting physical strength. Astute observation and detailed notetaking/reporting.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Must have a valid New Mexico security license or the ability to attain one. High school diploma or equivalent. Military Preferred, with a minimum of 2 or more years of active service in any military branch with an honorable, medical, or general discharge. 3 years of verifiable private/corporate security experience/corporate customer service.
