As a Night Shift Residential Patrol Officer with Signal of Nevada, you will perform foot and vehicle patrols of residential and commercial areas including courtyards, offices, pools, and other high-value locations. Your primary focus will be to secure all access points and protect property and residents by adhering to site-specific Post Orders. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mobile and foot patrols in accordance with site-specific instructions and company Post Orders.
• Operate and maintain assigned company vehicle, including fueling, cleaning, and performing routine inspections.
• Document all activities and incidents by writing detailed, accurate reports using company technology during each shift.
• Maintain punctuality, follow dress code and appearance standards, and comply with all company policies.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service while interacting with clients, residents, and team members.
• Communicate proactively with Advanced Patrol Officers and Branch Patrol Supervisors concerning any concerns or observations.
• Care for and maintain all assigned Signal equipment such as radios, keys, uniforms, and devices.
• Efficiently manage daily patrol duties while meeting quality and reporting standards.
• Apply de-escalation techniques to handle incidents ly and professionally.
• Participate in daily briefings, sharing updates on route changes, client needs, and Post Orders.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Nevada PILB work card required prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Reliable personal transportation to and from work locations.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Completion of required training modules within the first month of employment.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
• Willingness to work holidays if scheduled.
