Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access control, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a logistics and distribution location. Respond to incidents, operational disruptions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouses, loading areas, trailer yards, parking lots, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions. Monitor access points, verify visitor and driver activity as directed, and support badge, check-in, and/or delivery documentation procedures in accordance with site requirements. Observe loading and shipping areas for security-related concerns, assist with traffic and vehicle flow, and communicate with site contacts regarding incidents, hazards, and/or policy violations.

Minimum Requirements:

A New York State Security Guard License is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
