What will you do? Enforce rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the unit, company, and local gaming commission. Operate motorized vehicle when necessary Enforce all departmental and organizational policies and procedures and report incidents. Observe and report procedural violations and illegal activity. Complete forms and paperwork by the end of each shift. Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to control difficult situations and maintain guest goodwill. More about you Must be a state certified security guard and be able to be licensed by state gaming Commission. High School Diploma or GED Must have a valid driver's license, pass an MVR check, and take a drug test.
