PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, entrances, stock areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor foot traffic, observe customer and employee activity, and assist with access control, opening and closing routines, and/or other security-related support functions as directed by site policies. Support loss prevention and asset protection efforts by reporting suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or operational issues to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
