Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to conduct exterior patrols at a hotel property and help maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, employees, and visitors. The Security Officer will be responsible for conducting regular exterior patrols of the hotel grounds, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding property. The officer must have reliable transportation and their own personal vehicle, which will be required to perform mobile patrol duties throughout the property.

•4:00 AM Must be available to work the scheduled shifts listed above. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Responsibilities Responsibilities Monitor hotel property for suspicious or unusual activity. Patrol exterior grounds, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding areas. Identify and address unauthorized individuals or vehicles on the property. Monitor for disturbances, safety hazards, property damage, and other security concerns. Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the property. Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and guest or staff concerns. Assist hotel guests and employees when security-related assistance is needed. Communicate with hotel management, emergency services, or law enforcement when appropriate. Conduct regular vehicle and foot patrols as assigned. Complete accurate and detailed security and incident reports. Document and report suspicious activity, incidents, and safety concerns to the appropriate personnel. Requirements Must have a reliable personal vehicle for mobile patrol duties. Must possess a valid driver's license. Strong observation and situational-awareness skills. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to exercise sound judgment and make appropriate decisions. Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations. Ability to work independently and maintain consistent patrol activity. Professional appearance and conduct at all times.
Pay:
$16.00
•$18.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0
