You will be the first line of defense in ensuring the safety of patrons, staff, and property by applying your keen observation skills and proactive security measures. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your security expertise while engaging with diverse crowds and ensuring compliance with all safety regulations. Responsibilities Manage access control by verifying identification and proper age perform regular patrols of the premises to identify potential security threats or unsafe conditions Handle conflict de-escalation swiftly and professionally, maintaining a calm demeanor during tense situations Respond promptly to emergencies by executing emergency response procedures, including CPR documenting any disturbances Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting when required for equipment or crowd management purposes enforce venue policies to uphold a safe environment for all guests and staff Requirements knowledge of physical security practices Certification in first aid, CPR is highly desirable Ability to perform patrolling duties effectively while maintaining high alertness levels during long shifts Strong customer service skills combined with excellent communication abilities to interact positively with patrons and team members Physical fitness to handle heavy lifting tasks and perform manual handling activities safely Knowledge of emergency response procedures and compliance standards relevant to security operations Join us in creating a secure environment where safety meets exceptional guest experiences.
