As a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Licensed Patrol Driver in Catoosa, OK , this role is designed to provide reliable, consistent hours at an assigned site with the flexibility for you to earn more by picking-up additional shifts when it works for you.

Fixed-Shift Commitment ("Anchor Shifts"): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment.Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program:
In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part-time hours this week and full-time the next. It's all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build-up to a full-time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed.Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location. Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual conditions and help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report policy violations, maintenance concerns, and suspicious activity according to site procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; contact appropriate personnel and emergency services as directed by site protocols. Complete clear and accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoff communications for Allied Universal and site management.Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks. A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
