Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Risk Assessment in Catoosa, OK , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a commercial real estate construction location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and report observations promptly. You will provide professional customer service and clear communication while supporting a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic environment with limited on-site facilities.

PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a commercial real estate construction location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the property, building perimeter, parking areas, construction access points, and common areas to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or unauthorized access. Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify credentials and direct authorized personnel according to site-specific procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate contacts as required. Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and shift logs, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.
Minimum Requirements:
A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred. At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
