About us Bridgeway, Inc., is a Halfway House / Work Release Center, contracted with the Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Currently hiring for 3rd shift (9pm-5am). Dorm Staff/Driver/Security positions. These jobs work directly with 100+ male inmates who reside here for the last months of their incarcerations. Our facility is the lowest level of security for incarcerated individuals. Full-time positions are eligible for a full benefit package after 90 days. Pay rate starting$12 an hour with night shift differential pay with 90 day review. Job duties include

• driving company vans both locally and out of town to take clients to work, medical appointments, etc.
• supervising clients at the facility
• collecting UAs (on both male inmates and male outpatient clients)
• performing head count procedures
• a wide variety of other security related duties as well as some general office/paperwork functions Must be 21 years old, have a safe driving record and no recent felonies (that is a Department of Corrections contract requirement).

Prefer law enforcement, security, or similar experience, but not required; we will train. Must be mature, responsible and reliable.

THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION.

Must pass a drug screen. No Medical Marijuana. We offer a full benefit package after 90 days for full-time positions, including health, dental, vision and life insurance; paid vacation and sick leave, as well as one paid personal day and paid birthday each year. The company pays 80% of medical insurance premiums and matches up to 3% contributions for IRAs. Meals from our kitchen are provided during working hours.
