Duties Monitor premises using CCTV systems and perform regular patrols to identify potential security risks or breaches Control access points with advanced access control systems, verifying identities and authorizations for all visitors Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies following established emergency response procedures Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or suspicious activities with clarity and accuracy Manage conflict de-escalation techniques to resolve disputes peacefully while maintaining safety standards Skills Extensive surveillance skills utilizing CCTV cameras and other monitoring equipment Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and legal compliance related to security operations Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills to interact professionally with diverse individuals Experience in incident report writing with attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with fire safety protocols.
