As a Security team member, you help maintain a safe and secure environment for residents, guests, and team members by monitoring property, responding to incidents, and supporting risk management practices.
What You'll Do:
- Conduct routine patrols of buildings, grounds, and parking areas
- Inspect doors, windows, gates, and access points
- Respond to alarms, security calls, and on-site emergencies
- Investigate and document incidents or suspicious activity
- Complete daily Security Logs and incident reports
- Monitor fire safety, hazards, and unsecured areas
- Assist with emergency response procedures
- Escort residents and team members after hours
- Support OSHA and infection control compliance
- Secure and unlock areas per policy You play a critical role in protecting residents, safeguarding property, and ensuring overnight and daily safety operations run smoothly.
What We're Looking For:
- HS Diploma/GED; age 18+
- 2+ years related experience preferred
- Strong judgment and decision-making skills
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency
