PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, assigned policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate staff when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify security-related concerns and/or policy violations. Monitor entrances, hallways, waiting areas, and other designated spaces to help control access, observe visitor activity, and/or report suspicious behavior. Support staff, patients, and visitors with directions, general assistance, and/or de-escalation during high-traffic periods or unexpected events.
Minimum Requirements:
Be at least 21 years of age. Meet hospital vaccine requirements. Be able to work in a hospital environment that includes a morgue. Be able to restrain individuals in a hospital setting when required. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
