In this role, there is the opportunity to - Staff fixed posts to monitor access to secured areas and ensure safety protocols. Provide customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff, enhancing security and peace of mind. Inspect incoming and outgoing parcels to prevent theft and ensure safe transport. Respond to and resolve disputes, problems, and unusual circumstances promptly. Maintain required certifications and licenses to remain compliant with regulations. Assist with traffic control and vehicle support to ensure smooth operations. Transport deceased individuals to the morgue and release bodies as needed. Monitor security, fire, and environmental alarms, responding to emergencies and coordinating with appropriate personnel.
