Compensation:

$18 hourly to start

Responsibilities:

Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members by conducting regular patrols and inspections. Respond promptly and professionally to any incidents or emergencies, providing assistance and support as needed. Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and secure environment throughout the property. Monitor surveillance equipment and report any suspicious activities to management for further action. Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the resort's safety protocols and services. Work closely with the maintenance team to identify and address any safety hazards or concerns. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on safety and security procedures and best practices.

Qualifications:

Experience in safety and security roles within the hospitality industry. Ability to conduct thorough patrols and inspections with attention to detail. Proven track record of responding effectively to incidents and emergencies. Strong communication skills to assist guests and collaborate with team members. Familiarity with surveillance equipment and reporting procedures. Ability to identify and address safety hazards in collaboration with maintenance teams. Commitment to participating in ongoing training and staying updated on best practices.
