PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or permissions, and help to control access to restricted areas in accordance with location guidelines. Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site leadership and/or emergency services as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and perimeter to help to identify unusual activity, unsecured entry points, and/or policy violations. Document daily activities, incidents, and visitor interactions, and communicate clearly with Allied Universal management and/or the client contact regarding security-related matters.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located. Applicants must be 21+ years of age. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
