As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol Reporting in Philadelphia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas at a professional office location, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to concerns, and provide outstanding customer service and communication. AM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Conduct regular and random interior and exterior patrols of the property, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations, to help identify unusual conditions and help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures; verify credentials and direct guests to appropriate locations as needed. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services when necessary. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related concerns accurately in required reports and logs.

Minimum Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
